Welcome to Canvey Methodist Church. We are located on Waarden Road, Canvey Island, just 2 minutes walk fromthe main Furtherwick Road shopping centre. We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 for family worship. We have a Junior church which meets at the same time.

The mission of Canvey Methodist Church is to celebrate the reality of God and proclaim the kingdom of God to all people.
We do this by working together-
- To meet together to worship God and to proclaim His love in Jesus Christ
- To travel together into a deeper understanding of what it means to know and follow Jesus
- To encourage and support the growth in faith of all
- To establish a place where everyone is valued and can make a contribution
- To be a visible sign of God’s presence by sharing God’s love in word and action within the church family, the local community, and with all visitors to our Church.
- To support and encourage witness within the wider community
- To provide a wider vision of Church, ecumenical, national and international
