On this fourth Sunday of Advent, 20th December 2020, we had planned to sing Carols in the Canvey Methodist Church Garden, all replete with Christmas tree and twinkling fairy lights. However, with the imposition, initially of tier 3, and then of tier 4 Covid-19 level restrictions, we shall instead be safely tucked up in our own homes. However, with modern technology, that does not mean we cannot still meet to sing Christmas Carols. On your behalf, I “signed our church up” to the Premier Christian Radio free Christmas resources and have, using these produced a “Carols At Home” Service on the YouTube link below. Please do click on to this at your leisure, and join in the Carols from the warmth and comfort of home.
I am pleased to say that this service includes the sketch “Angel Space”, written by Paul Burbridge and the piece “Prophecies of Salvation” from “The Riding Lights Theatre Company”.
